Feal Suspension Limited Warranty Policy

Feal Suspension, Inc. (“Feal”) has been in the business of servicing and tuning dampers since 2007. We are a proud team of technicians and racing professionals that extends far beyond the shop walls to race tracks and podiums around the world. Our tuning methods include shock dynometer analysis, testing with professional drivers, and collection of professional driver feedback.

At Feal Suspension we take pride in the quality offered to each customer. We also understand that situations arise where quality or performance may be compromised for reasons both within and beyond our control. Feal Suspension, Inc. therefore offers a limited warranty policy on all purchased coilovers as described below.

General Expectations of Consumer

Feal Suspension, Inc. expects that all purchased coilovers be used explicitly for the intended application for the lifetime of the product. Coilover components must never be used in a manner contrary to the intended purpose and/or application nor operated under atypical conditions. Components must not be improperly handled, modified without express written direction from Feal Suspension, Inc., nor otherwise installed or operated in a manner that deviates in any way from any guidance or instruction provided by Feal Suspension, Inc.

Consumers are also expected to maintain and service shocks at the recommended intervals. Routine maintenance is recommended at 50,000 miles (or one race season) to maintain performance over time.

Feal Suspension coilovers are a performance product and are expected to be maintained as such. As with all mechanical products, coilover components are subject to normal wear and tear.

Limited Warranty Timeline
